KEQING TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Perform up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Stellar Restoration (Elemental Skill): Hurls a Lightning Stiletto that annihilates her opponents like the swift thunder. When the Stiletto hits its target, it deals Electro DMG to opponents in a small AoE, and places a Stiletto Mark on the spot hit.
Hold
Hold to adjust the direction in which the Stiletto shall be thrown.
Stilettos thrown by the Hold attack mode can be suspended in mid-air, allowing Keqing to jump to them when using Stellar Restoration a second time.
Lightning Stiletto
If Keqing uses Stellar Restoration again or uses a Charged Attack while its duration lasts, it will clear the Stiletto Mark and produce different effects:
- If she uses Stellar Restoration again, she will blink to the location of the Mark and unleash one slashing attack that deals AoE Electro DMG. When blinking to a Stiletto that was thrown from a Holding attack, Keqing can leap across obstructing terrain.
- If Keqing uses a Charged Attack, she will ignite a series of thundering cuts at the Mark’s location, dealing AoE Electro DMG.
COOLDOWN: 7.5s
Starward Sword (Elemental Burst): Summons a lightning strike, dealing AoE Electro DMG.
Keqing unleashes the power of lightning, dealing Electro DMG in an AOE.
She then blends into the shadow of her blade, striking a series of thunderclap-blows to nearby opponents simultaneously that deal multiple instances of Electro DMG.
The final attack deals massive AoE Electro DMG.

KEQING PASSIVE
Thundering Penance: After recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present, Keqing’s weapon gains an Electro Infusion for 5s.
Unlocked at Ascension 1
Aristocratic Dignity: When casting Starward Sword, Keqing’s CRIT Rate is increased by 15%, and her Energy Recharge is increased by 15%. This effect lasts for 8s.
Unlocked at Ascension 4
Land’s Overseer: When dispatched on an expedition in Liyue, time consumed is reduced by 25%.

Physical DPS: It’s This is the easiest build for Keqing since you can swap stats. If you can get physical DMG on her weapon than you can switch her Goblet from Physical% to ATK%. Of course as a DPS you need her with as much ATK, CD, CR, and Physical DMG as possible. Adding ER on her is nice to get her burst back up more quickly.
Electro DPS: This build is better if you don’t have a physical DMG weapon. This also allows you to be much more flexible with your weapon choices. She needs ATK, CD, CR, Electro DMG along with elemental mastery and energy recharge.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best swords for Keqing. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
KEQING CONSTELLATIONS
Thundering Might (Lvl 1): Recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present causes Keqing to deal 50% of her ATK as AoE Electro DMG at the start point and terminus of her Blink.
Keen Extraction (Lvl 2): When Keqing’s Normal and Charged Attacks hit opponents affected by Electro, they have a 50% chance of producing an Elemental Particle.
This effect can only occur once every 5s.
Foreseen Reformation (Lvl 3): Increases the Level of Starward Sword by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Attunement (Lvl 4): For 10s after Keqing triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction, her ATK is increased by 25%.
Beckoning Stars (Lvl 5): Increases the Level of Stellar Restoration by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Tenacious Star (Lvl 6): When initiating a Normal Attack, a Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, Keqing gains a 6% Electro DMG Bonus for 8s.
Effects triggered by Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts are considered independent entities.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Keqing is one of the most flexible characters in Genshin Impact!
- Her E is perfect for exploration and get on platforms quickly.
- Her passive gives her burst a +15% CR and ER.
- She reduces time in exploration to collect rewards.
WEAKNESSES
- Since she’s adaptive that also means she’s not really great at one specific role as there are primary DPS characters that can outshine her.
- Her teleport can get annoying if you don’t keep an eye on it during battle.
RANKING
Combat Rating (6/10): Her play style changes based on how you build her. She does require practice but is adaptive based on the content you want to make her for.
Exploration (9/10): Her E allows her to teleport which is great for getting to difficult places or start your glide from a higher altitude.
Spiral Abyss (8/10): Her kit is nice as she can be built into many different comps to adjust to the changes in Spiral Abyss.
Artifact Farming (8/10): She has a similiar role here as she does in Spiral Abyss.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (6/10): She’s decent here however there are better characters to quickly clear the boss fights.
