KLEE TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Throws things that go boom when they hit things! Perform up to 3 explosive attacks, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Pyro DMG to opponents after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack: Gathering the power of Pyro, Klee plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Pyro DMG upon impact with the ground.
Jumpy Dumpty (Elemental Skill): Jumpy Dumpty is tons of boom-bang-fun!
When thrown, Jumpy Dumpty bounces thrice, igniting and dealing AoE Pyro DMG with every bounce.
On the third bounce, the bomb splits into many mines.
The mines will explode upon contact with opponents, or after a short period of time, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Starts with 2 charges.
DURATION: 15s COOLDOWN: 20s
Sparks ‘n’ Splash (Elemental Burst): Klee’s Blazing Delight! For the duration of this ability, continuously summons Sparks ‘n’ Splash to attack nearby opponents, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.

Pounding Surprise: When Jumpy Dumpty and Normal Attacks deal DMG, Klee has a 50% chance to obtain an Explosive Spark. This Explosive Spark is consumed by the next Charged Attack, which costs no Stamina and deals 50% increased DMG.

MAIN DPS: Klee is a pretty easy and straight forward DPS to build. She needs CR, CD, ATK, Pyro DMG first followed by what EM you can squeeze out of her.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best catalyst for Klee. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
KLEE CONSTELLATIONS
Chained Reactions(Lvl 1): Attacks and Skills have a certain chance to summon sparks that bombard opponents, dealing DMG equal to 120% of Sparks ‘n’ Splash’s DMG.
Explosive Frags (Lvl 2): Being hit by Jumpy Dumpty’s mines decreases opponents’ DEF by 23% for 10s.
Exquisite Compound (Lvl 3): Increases the Level of Jumpy Dumpty by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Sparkly Explosion (Lvl 4): If Klee leaves the field during the duration of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, her departure triggers an explosion that deals 555% of her ATK as AoE Pyro DMG.
Nova Burst (Lvl 5): Increases the Level of Sparks ‘n’ Splash by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Blazing Delight (Lvl 6): While under the effects of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, Klee will regenerate 3 Energy for all members of the party (excluding Klee) every 3s.
When Sparks ‘n’ Splash is used, all party members will gain a 10% Pyro DMG Bonus for 25s.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Klee is the cutest character to play in Genshin Impact!
- She is very beginner friendly and fun since you can blow everything up.
- All of her skills apply pyro which is great for elemental reactions and cryo shields.
- She is partially range, partially AoE, and partially 1v1 so you can adapt to a variety of enemies.
WEAKNESSES
- Her biggest set back is her overall damage output is slow when compared to the other characters.
- She doesn’t really have a specific specialty since she’s kind of everything, which means there are better characters that are specific to either range, AoE, or 1v1.
- Since all her skills apply Pyro she is weak against pyro characters that are immuned.
RANKING
Combat Rating (9/10): Klee is easy to use and very beginner friendly. You won’t need to master gimics since she’s ready to go right out of the box. Plus, it’s just sheer fun to blow everything up!
Exploration (5/10): She really doesn’t offer anything except big damage but her passive does allow you to spot unique resources in Mondstadt.
Spiral Abyss (6/10): She can be used here, however her dps output is somewhat slow. This will make it more difficult to get all the stars in the higher levels.
Artifact Farming (8/10): She is a combination of AoE and 1v1 and can deal with a variety of enemies in this content.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (8/10): She is quite good against 1v1 enemies and with the proper team can do a lot of damage.
