ROSARIA TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Perform up to five consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging enemies along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Ravaging Confession (Elemental Skill): TRosaria swiftly shifts her position to appear behind her opponent, then stabs and slashes them with her polearm, dealing Cryo DMG.
This ability cannot be used to travel behind opponents of a larger build.

Rites of Termination (Elemental Burst): Rosaria’s unique take on this prayer ritual: First, she swings her weapon to slash surrounding opponents; then, she summons a frigid Ice Lance that strikes the ground. Both actions deal Cryo DMG.
While active, the Ice Lance periodically releases a blast of cold air, dealing Cryo DMG to surrounding opponents.

Regina Probationum: When Rosaria strikes an opponent from behind using Ravaging Confession, Rosaria’s CRIT Rate increases by 12% for 5s.

Shadow Samaritan: Casting Rites of Termination increases CRIT Rate of all nearby party members (except Rosaria herself) by 15% of Rosaria’s CRIT Rate for 10s.
CRIT Rate Bonus gained this way cannot exceed 15%.

Night Walk: At night (18:00 – 6:00), increases the Movement SPD of your own party members by 10%.
Does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or Spiral Abyss. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the same effects.

DPS: Rosaria has 2 viable choices as a DPS unit. She can be played as a Cryo or Physical damager dealer. Choose based on what you have available. She needs a lot of ATK, CR, CD, Cryo/Physical followed by ER and EM.
DAMAGE SUPPORT: To get the most use out of her as a support, you’ll build her like a dps but with more focus on ER and EM first followed by damage stats.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best polearms for Rosaria. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
ROSARIA CONSTELLATIONS
Unholy Revelation (Lvl 1): When Rosaria deals a CRIT Hit, her ATK SPD increases by 10% and her Normal Attack DMG increases by 10% for 4s.
Land Without Promise (Lvl 2): The duration of the Ice Lance created by Rites of Termination is increased by 4s.
The Wages of Sin (Lvl 3): Increases the level of Ravaging Confession by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Painful Grace (Lvl 4): Ravaging Confession’s CRIT Hits regenerate 5 Energy for Rosaria.
Can only be triggered once each time Ravaging Confession is cast.
Last Rites (Lvl 5): Increases the Level of Rites of Termination by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Divine Retribution (Lvl 6): Rites of Termination’s attack decreases opponents’ Physical RES by 20% for 10s.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Rosaria is the Queen of Crit Rate in Genshin Impact!
- Because of her passives and Blizzard Strayer artifacts, she’s one of the easiest DPS characters to build with high CR. This is especially useful for early game players.
WEAKNESSES
- She has a more time maintaining Cryo damage and needs a lot of investment to be a good physical dps.
- Her 3rd passive is pretty much useless.
- She is weak against Cryo monsters since they are immune.
RANKING
Combat Rating (8/10): Rosaria is pretty straight forward when it comes to combat. She doesn’t need any gimicks to make her work.
Exploration (3/10): Her 3rd passive only works at night so it’s not really that useful for exploring the map.
Spiral Abyss (8/10): She is primarily used as dps support to give your team an additional 15% CR for more consistent CD output.
Artifact Farming (7/10): She serves the same role here as she does in the Abyss.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (7/10): She is a strong character to help take down the bosses easier.
