SUCROSE TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Performs up to 4 attacks using Wind Spirits, dealing Anemo DMG.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Anemo DMG after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack: Calling upon the power of her Wind Spirits, Sucrose plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Anemo DMG upon impact with the ground.
Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 (Elemental Skill): O Creates a small Wind Spirit that pulls opponents and objects towards its location, launches opponents within its AoE, and deals Anemo DMG.
COOLDOWN: 15s
Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II (Elemental Burst): Sucrose hurls an unstable concoction that creates a Large Wind Spirit.
While it persists, the Large Wind Spirit will continuously pull in surrounding opponents and objects, launch nearby opponents, and deal Anemo DMG.
Elemental Absorption
If the Wind Spirit comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro energy, it will deal additional Elemental DMG of that type.
Elemental Absorption may only occur once per use.

SUCROSE PASSIVE
Catalyst Conversion: When Sucrose triggers a Swirl effect, all characters in the party with the matching element (excluding Sucrose) have their Elemental Mastery increased by 50 for 8s.

Mollis Favonius: When Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 or Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II hits an opponent, increases all party members’ (excluding Sucrose) Elemental Mastery based on 20% of Sucrose’s Elemental Mastery for 8s.

Astable Invention: When Sucrose crafts Character and Weapon Enhancement Materials, she has a 10% chance to obtain double the product.

SUCROSE BUILDS / STRATEGY

SUPPORT: This is hands down the best build to get the most use out of Sucrose. Focus on stacking her with as much EM as possible followed by ER%. This build lets you maximize her swirl reactions.
In the late game you can start adding damage on her with CR, CD, and ATK. It’s good to start adding damage on her to make runs faster and more efficient.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best catalysts for Sucrose. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
SUCROSE CONSTELLATIONS
Splitting Gales (Lvl 1): Fires 2 additional arrows per Aimed Shot, each dealing 33% of the original arrow’s DMG.
Breeze of Reminiscence (Lvl 2): Skyward Sonnet decreases opponents’ Anemo RES and Physical RES by 12% for 10s.
Opponents launched by Skyward Sonnet suffer an additional 12% Anemo RES and Physical RES decrease while airborne.
Ode to Thousand Winds (Lvl 3): Increases the Level of Wind’s Grand Ode by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Hurricane of Freedom (Lvl 4): When Venti picks up an Elemental Orb or Particle, he receives a 25% Anemo DMG Bonus for 10s.
Concerto dal Cielo (Lvl 5): Increases the Level of Skyward Sonnet by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Storm of Defiance (Lvl 6): Targets who take DMG from Wind’s Grand Ode have their Anemo RES decreased by 20%.
If an Elemental Absorption occurred, then their RES towards the corresponding Element is also decreased by 20%.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Sucrose is an amazing Swirl support in Genshin Impact!
- Her weapon of choice is easy to get even at super low AR level.
- She is very useful even under low investment.
- She can be placed into nearly any team comp.
WEAKNESSES
- In terms of damage output she get’s outclassed by other Anemo characters.
- If you’re using Thrilling Tales, you need to be very conscientious in your character rotations.
- Her constellations are underwhelming.
RANKING
Combat Rating (3/10): She’s meant more as a support character and not really for combat. However, under high investment she can be as long as you can constantly apply other elemental reactions on your target.
Exploration (2/10): She is not necessary in your travel team except to collect dandelion seeds every once in while.
Spiral Abyss (8/10): She is a great character here due to her burst and ability to swirl all the elemental reactions together for bigger damage. Also her weapon of choice boosts the next characters ATK.
Artifact Farming (8/10): She serves the same role here as she does in the Abyss.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (7/10): She’s definitely useful as a damage booster here.
