NOELLE TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Perform up to 4 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack: Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Breastplate (Elemental Skill): Summons protective stone armor, dealing Geo DMG to surrounding opponents and creating a shield. The shield’s DMG Absorption scales based on Noelle’s DEF.
The shield has the following properties:
- When Noelle’s Normal and Charged Attacks hit a target, they have a certain chance to regenerate HP for all characters.
- Possesses 150% DMG Absorption efficiency against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
The amount of HP healed when regeneration is triggered scales based on Noelle’s DEF.
DURATION: 12s COOLDOWN: 24s
Sweeping Time (Elemental Burst): Gathering the strength of stone around her weapon, Noelle strikes the opponents surrounding her within a large AoE, dealing Geo DMG.
Afterwards, Noelle gains the following effects:
- Larger attack AoE.
- Converts attack DMG to Geo DMG that cannot be overridden by any other elemental infusion.
- Increased ATK that scales based on her DEF.
DURATION: 15s COOLDOWN: 15s ENERGY COST: 60s
NOELLE PASSIVE
Devotion: When Noelle is in the party but not on the field, this ability triggers automatically when your active character’s HP falls below 30%:
Creates a shield for your active character that lasts for 20s and absorbs DMG equal to 400% of Noelle’s DEF.
The shield has a 150% DMG Absorption effectiveness against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
This effect can only occur once every 60s.

Nice and Clean: Every 4 Normal or Charged Attack hits will decrease the CD of Breastplate by 1s. Hitting multiple opponents with a single attack is only counted as 1 hit.

Maid’s Knighthood: When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on a DEF-boosting dish, Noelle has a 12% chance to obtain double the product.

SHIELD SUPPORT: Noelle truly shines as a shield, healer and is an amazing support even at low investment. In the early game all you want is DEF% on everything. As your progress further you need to add CD, CR, and ER to boost her damage output and more healing opportunities.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best claymores for Noelle. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
NOELLE CONSTELLATIONS
I Got Your Back (Lvl 1): While Sweeping Time and Breastplate are both in effect, the chance of Breastplate’s healing effects activating is increased to 100%.
Combat Maid (Lvl 2): Decreases the Stamina Consumption of Noelle’s Charged Attacks by 20% and increases her Charged Attack DMG by 15%.
Invulnerable Maid (Lvl 3): Increases the Level of Breastplate by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
To Be Cleaned (Lvl 4): When Breastplate’s duration expires or it is destroyed by DMG, it will deal 400% ATK of Geo DMG to surrounding opponents.
Favonius Sweeper Master (Lvl 5): Increase the Level of Sweeping Time by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Must Be Spotless (Lvl 6): Sweeping Time increases Noelle’s ATK by an additional 50% of her DEF.
Additionally, every opponent defeated during the skill’s duration adds 1s to the duration, up to 10s.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Noelle is really reliable shield in Genshin Impact!
- She can put up her shield with no downtime which is great for fast and safe swapping.
- Her burst can heal your entire team.
- With high investment, she can be a shield, healer, and sub dps.
- He is very easy to build even for early game.
- She can fit into any team comp which makes her extremely flexible.
- She is great for mining ores and really good for your traveling team.
WEAKNESSES
- She can be used as a DPS but there are better, faster DPS units in the current meta.
- Her shield has a cooldown time after it’s effect, so you’ll need to be weary once it’s over to avoid damage before putting it back up.
RANKING
Combat Rating (9/10): All of her skills are just really easy to use. There’s no klunkiness about it. Her shield pops right up with no lag. Overall she’s super easy to use.
Exploration (9/10): She serves multiple roles as shield, healer, and can smash through a lot of ores quickly. She’s also good for cooking if you need DEF boosting food.
Spiral Abyss (8/10): She is an excellent unit here to protect your main DPS while also healing your team. Also since she has to dish out damage to AoE this makes her great as a sub DPS when needed. Lastly her swing is quite wide so she can hit multiple targets at once.
Artifact Farming (9/10): She serves the same role here as he does in the Abyss.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (9/10): She is pretty useful in just about any combat situation.
