ITTO TALENTS / SKILLS
Normal Attack: Perform up to 4 consecutive strikes.
When the 2nd and 4th strikes hit opponents, Itto will gain 1 or 2 stacks of Superlative Superstrength, respectively. Max 5 stacks.
Triggering this effect will refresh the current duration of any existing stacks.
Additionally, Itto’s Normal Attack combo does not immediately reset after sprinting or using his Elemental Skill, “Masatsu Zetsugi: Akaushi Burst!”
Charged Attack: When holding to perform a Charged Attack, Itto unleashes a series of Arataki Kesagiri slashes without consuming Stamina. Instead, each Arataki Kesagiri slash consumes 1 stack of Superlative Superstrength. When the final stack is consumed, Itto delivers a powerful final slash.
If no stacks of Superlative Superstrength are available, Itto will perform a single Saichimonji Slash.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Masatsu Zetsugi: Akaushi Burst! (Elemental Skill): Hurls Ushi, the young akaushi bull and auxiliary member of the Arataki Gang, dealing Geo DMG to opponents on hit.
When Ushi hits opponents, Arataki Itto gains 1 stack of Superlative Superstrength.
Ushi will remain on the field and provide support in the following ways:
- Taunts surrounding opponents and draws their attacks.
- Inherits HP based on a percentage of Arataki Itto’s Max HP.
- When Ushi takes DMG, Arataki Itto gains 1 stack of Superlative Superstrength. Only 1 stack can be gained in this way every 2s.
- Ushi will flee when its HP reaches 0 or its duration ends. It will grant Arataki Itto 1 stack of Superlative Superstrength when it leaves.

Ushi is considered a Geo Construct. Arataki Itto can only deploy 1 Ushi on the field at any one time.

Royal Descent: Behold, Itto the Evil! (Elemental Burst): Time to show ’em the might of the Arataki Gang! For a time, Itto lets out his inner Raging Oni King, wielding his Oni King’s Kanabou in battle.
This state has the following special properties:
- Converts Itto’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks to Geo DMG. This cannot be overridden.
- Increases Itto’s Normal Attack SPD. Also increases his ATK based on his DEF.
- On hit, the 1st and 3rd strikes of his attack combo will each grant Arataki Itto 1 stack of Superlative Superstrength.
- Decreases Itto’s Elemental and Physical RES by 20%.
The Raging Oni King state will be cleared when Itto leaves the field.

ITTO PASSIVE
Arataki Ichiban: When Arataki Itto uses consecutive Arataki Kesagiri, he obtains the following effects:
- Each slash increases the ATK SPD of the next slash by 10%. Max ATK SPD increase is 30%.
- Increases his resistance to interruption.
These effects will be cleared once he stops performing consecutive slashes.

Bloodline of the Crimson Oni: Arataki Kesagiri DMG is increased by 35% of Arataki Itto’s DEF.
Unlocked at Ascension 4
Woodchuck Chucked: When a party member uses attacks to obtain wood from a tree, they have a 25% chance to obtain an additional log of wood.

Main DPS: Itto should be built as a nuker if you want the most out of him. You want as much DEF, GEO Damage, CR, and CD on him followed with energy recharge.
These are also general recommendations, you will need to alter your artifacts and stat builds based on what content you want to use this character for and what team you are using him/her with, however, these are consider among the best claymores for Itto. A general rule for DPS units are CR is roughly 50% of your CD.
ITTO CONSTELLATIONS
Rock, the Backbone of Earth (Lvl 1): Increases the maximum number of Stone Steles created by Dominus Lapidis that may exist simultaneously to 2.
Stone, The Cradle of the Jade (Lvl 2): Planet Befall grants nearby characters on the field a Jade Shield when it descends.
Jade, Shimmering Through Darkness (Lvl 3): Increases the Level of Dominus Lapidis by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Topaz, Unbreakable and Fearless (Lvl 4): Increases Planet Befall’s AoE by 20% and increases the duration of Planet Befall’s Petrification effect by 2s.
The Lazuli, Herald of the Order (Lvl 5): Increase the Level of Planet Befall by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Crysos, Bounty of Dominator (Lvl 6): When the Jade Shield takes DMG, 40% of that incoming DMG is converted to HP for the current character. A single instance of regeneration cannot exceed 8% of that character’s Max HP.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
- Itto is an insane DPS character in Genshin Impact!
- His rate of damage is really high making him great for areas like Spiral Abyss.
- His elemental skill taunts the enemies which allows you to just hack and slash your way through them.
- His burst is amazing for relentless smashing of damage.
WEAKNESSES
- He is reliant on Shield Support to keep him alive since he fights up close and needs to stay on the field until his E and Burst expire.
- Floating enemies are the bane to his existence.
- He does suffer from enery issues since he needs a lot of the other stats to make him shine.
RANKING
Combat Rating (8/10): Itto’s combat is a lot of fun. His skills align for you to hack and slash your way through enemies. Because of this it’s pretty straight forward and easy to use.
Exploration (9/10): He is amazing in your exploration since he can deal big damage and farm ores. His passive gives you additional wood when striking trees.
Spiral Abyss (8/10): He is a beast in this content of the game with his relentless damage output. He will need another Geo character to boost him up though. Zhongli is great to pair with him here for shield and elemental buffs.
Artifact Farming (8/10): He serves the same role here as he does in the Abyss.
Normal/Weekly Bosses (9/10): He is super useful with boss’ since he can take on pretty much every one of them. 1v1 is his specialty and has no problem showing them who’s really the boss. His only real queakness is flying bosses like Dvalin.
